Marion Goforth Ligon 
Marion Goforth was born on September 27th, 1905 in SC and her baptism took place in Census 1910. Marion Goforth's father was Lemuel Thomas Ligon and her mother was Martha Florence Goforth. Her maternal grandparents were Henry Pinkney Goforth and Martha A. Whiteside. She had a sister named Ruth Elizabeth. She was the older of the two children. She died at the age of 18 on March 14th, 1924 in Asheville, Buncombe Co, NC.General Notes
