Cecil Lamb 
Cecil was born on October 26th, 1904 in Hopkins Co, KY. Cecil's father was Jesse Lewis Rhew and his mother was Nora Lou Lamb. His paternal grandparents were William N. 'Billy' Rhew and Celestia Jane Clayton. He had a brother named Raymond Roy. He was the older of the two children. He had three half-brothers and two half-sisters, named William Ruffin, John Thomas, David Clifton, Jessie and Claudia Jewel. He died at the age of 86 on November 24th, 1990 in Hopkins Co, KY.General Notes
