Otto Koepke 
Otto was born on November 6th, 1909. Otto's father was Charles H. "Charlie" Koepke and his mother was Willie Baine Blankenship. His maternal grandparents were Marcellus VanWort Blankenship and Serelda "Rella" Carrie Bryant. He had a brother named Charlie Jr.. He was the older of the two children. He died at the age of 65 in February 1975 in Texarkana, Bowie County, Texas.General Notes
