Mark Kerr 
Mark was born on February 20th, 1556 in Newbattle, Midlothian, Scotland. Mark's father was Commendator of Newbattle Mark Kerr and his mother was Helen Leslie. His maternal grandparents were 4th Earl of Rothes George Leslie and Agnes Somerville. He had three brothers and a sister, named William, Andrew, George and Catherine. He was the second oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 53 on April 8th, 1609 in Lothian, Morayshire, Scotland.-
