Andrew Kerr Jr RWS

Andrew was born about 1750 in Augusta Co, VA. Andrew's father was Andrew Kerr Sr and his mother was Rachel. His paternal grandparents were John Kerr and Lucy Pickens. He had two brothers and a sister, named William, David and Hannah. He was the oldest of the four children.
