John JENKINS 
John was born about 1856 in Kentucky.1 John's father was Thomas JENKINS and his mother was Amelia BUCKLES. His maternal grandparents were John Buckles and Belinda HART. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Francis Lafayette, Clarence, Laura, Rachael, Mary, Eliza and Susan. He was the third oldest of the eight children.-
