Bridget Hoar 
Bridget was born in Cambridge, Middlesex County, Massachusetts.1 Bridget's father was Leonard Hoar and her mother was Bridget Lisle. Her maternal grandparents were John Lisle and Mary Elizabeth Hobart. She was an only child. She died on May 9th, 1730 in London, Middlesex, England.1 1 General Notes

"Mrs. Bridget Cotton was willed by her stepfather, Mr Usher, the tumbler with the "Arms of Hoare" engraved thereon. He says in his will that the reason that she did not receiv e more was on account of her mother trying to get something from him, and further he did not see but that one head was enough for the eagle." -- Alfred Hoar Family
"Mrs. Bridget Hoar, wife of Leonard, married second, Hezeki ah Usher, 1686. They did not live together long. She went to England in 1687. She had two daughters, one died young. The other, Bridget, married in London, June 21, 1689, Thoma s Cotton, who was born at or near Worthy, England, 1657; di ed 1730.
