Sarah Hixson 
Sarah was born about 1806. Sarah's father was Timothy Stringfield Hixson and her mother was Rebecca Hughes. Her maternal grandparents were Francis Hughes and Rebekah Allen. She had six brothers and two sisters, named Houston, Reuben, Joseph, Ephriam, Colonel Anderson, Timothy Springfield, Margaret and Rebecca. She was the fourth youngest of the nine children.-
