Henry Herbert 
Henry was born in 1333 in Netherfield, Sussex, England.1 Henry's father was Vincent Herbert and his mother was Joan de Salerne. His paternal grandparents were Herbert FitzHerbert and Lucy Peverell; his maternal grandparents were Sampson de Salerne and <Unknown>. He had two brothers and two sisters, named John, Vincent, Elizabeth and Joan. He was the oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 52 in 1385.1 -
