Charles Harter 
Charles was born in April 1890 in Warrick Co, IN and his baptism took place in Census 1910.1 Charles' father was Charlie Harter and his mother was Rebecca Jane Tuley. His maternal grandparents were John Tuley and Lucinda Cockriel. He had a sister named Josephine G.. He was the younger of the two children.General Notes
