Clara Gray 
Clara was born on August 7th, 1897 in Macoupin County, Illinois.1 Clara's father was Wilson Dennison Gray and her mother was Minnie Frances Taylor. Her maternal grandparents were John Taylor and Susan C. Newell. She had five brothers and two sisters, named Roy Hester, Samuel, Joseph Farnklin, Lewis, James Albert, Olive B. and Nellie E.. She was the third oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 93 on March 24th, 1991.1 General Notes
