Henry Godolphin 
Henry was born on August 15th, 1648 in Godolphin, Cornwall, England and his baptism took place on August 15th, 1648 in Breage, Cornwall.1 Henry's father was Francis Godolphin and his mother was Dorothy Berkeley. His maternal grandparents were Henry Berkeley and Elizabeth Neville. He had five brothers and seven sisters, named Francis, Sidney, Charles, Edward, William, Catherine, Penelope, Jael, Frances, Margaret, Anne and Elizabeth. He died in Windsor, Berkshire, England. He was buried in 1733 in College Chapel, Eton , Bucks, England.2 1 General Notes
