Jefferson Gee

Jefferson was born in 1808 in Monroe (Cumberland) Co., Kentucky.¹ Jefferson's father was James Gee and his mother was Lucy Bugg. His paternal grandparents were Neavil Gee and Catherine Lucas; his maternal grandparents were John Bugg and Lucy Pennington. He had three brothers and two sisters, named John, Pennington, Sack, Elizabeth and Sarah. He was the third youngest of the six children.
