Margaret Gascoigne

Margaret was born in 1438 in Gowthorpe, Bishop Wilton, East Riding, Yorkshire, England. Margaret's father was William Gascoigne and her mother was Margaret Clarelle. Her maternal grandparents were Thomas Clarell and Maud Montgomery. She had four brothers and six sisters, named Robert, John, Ralph, William XI, Jane, Elianora (Anne), Amy, Anne, Ellen and Joan. She was the fourth youngest of the eleven children.
