Jane Fowke

Jane was born in 1630.¹ Jane's father was Roger Fowke of Gunstan Hall and her mother was Mary Bailey. Her paternal grandparents were John Fowke of Gunston Hall and Dorothy Cowper; her maternal grandparents were William Bayley and <Unknown>. She had nine brothers and four sisters, named Gerard, Roger, Anthony, Edward, Francis, Robert, William, Thomas, John, Susan, Judith, Dorothy and Many. She was the seventh youngest of the fourteen children.
