John Foster 
John was born on April 7th, 1728 in St Anne's Parish, Essex, Virginia, United States. John's father was Robert Foster and his mother was Mary Penn. His paternal grandparents were John Foster and Ruth Hoskins. He had two brothers and a sister, named Joseph, Robert and Philadelphia. He was the second oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 56 in 1784 in Caroline Co., VA, US.-
