Hugh Hughey Ramsay Foster 
Hugh Hughey Ramsay was born on May 26th, 1898 in Rowan Co, North Carolina.1 Hugh Hughey Ramsay's father was Felix Allen Foster and his mother was Frances "Fannie" Matilda Phifer. His paternal grandparents were William Williamson P. Foster and Sarah Harrelson Montgomery. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Rev John Williamson, Robert Allen, Paul Phifer, Mary Eleanor and Laura Isabel. He was the youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 76 on August 12th, 1974 in San Diego, California.2 -
