Bacel Foster 
Bacel was born about 1912.1 Bacel's father was James Everett Foster and her mother was Della May Hambilton. Her paternal grandparents were John Humble Foster and Sarah Jane Mahan. She had a brother and three sisters, named Murphy, Verdean, Earlean and Elaine. She was the oldest of the five children.-
