Arthur N was born about 1926.1 Arthur N's father was William Benjamin Foster and his mother was Isabelle Lucy Thompson. His paternal grandparents were Zenus Dewitt Foster and Sarah Ellen Howard. He had two brothers and a sister, named William Albert, Hubert N and Frances D. He was the second youngest of the four children.-
