Thomas FitzHerbert 
Thomas was born in 1120 in Derbyshire, England.1 Thomas' father was Herbert fitz Henry and his mother was Emma De Blois. His paternal grandparents were Henri de Vermandois and Sybil Adela Lucy Corbet. He had three brothers and a sister, named Henry, St. William, Herbert and Eleanor. He was the third oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 83 in 1203 in Wormhill, Yorkshire, England.General Notes
