Annia was born in 0117.1  Annia's father was Acilius Glabrio and her mother was Ummidia Comificia Antonio.  Her maternal grandparents were C. Ummidius Quadratus and Annia Vera Verus. She had a brother named Acilius.  She was the younger of the two children.  She died at the age of 28 in 0145.1
