R. Clifford 'Tip' was born on November 20th, 1914 in Beech Grove, Greene Co, AR. R. Clifford 'Tip''s father was Albert A. Eubanks and his mother was Dora Ethel Breckenridge. His maternal grandparents were William Lee Breckenridge and Martha Roena Roberts. He had four brothers and a sister, named William Otis, Earl, Jay F., Burtis Albert and Virl. He had a half-brother named Floyd James. He died at the age of 55 on May 3rd, 1970 in Carryville, Clay Co, AR. He was buried in Mitchell Cemetery, Greenway, Clay Co, AR.General Notes
