Lucinda A. was born on April 27th, 1875 in Grayson Co, KY. Lucinda A.'s father was Marshall Harding Decker and her mother was Elizabeth Goodwin. Her paternal grandparents were Valentine Decker and Louisa Cockriel. She had a brother and two sisters, named Pleasant, Nancy 'Nannie' E. and Mary Francis.
