William De Ferrers 
William was born in 1513 in Ewood, Halifax, Yorkshire, England. William's father was Henry De Ferrers and his mother was Agnes Horsfall. His paternal grandparents were Henry De Ferrers and Margaret Haxstall. He had six brothers and two sisters, named Brian, Edward, John, Henry, Charles, Nicholas, Agnes and Mary. He was the oldest of the nine children.-
