Osbern's father was Vicomte d'Arques Geoffrey De Bolbec and his mother was Beatrice.  His paternal grandparents were Osberne de Bolebec and <Unknown>. He had a brother and a sister, named Godfroi and Beatrice.  He was the oldest of the three children.  He died at the age of 60 in 1035 in France.¹
