Timothy DWIGHT 
Timothy was born on May 3rd, 1752 in Northampton, Hampden Co., Massachusetts.1 Timothy's father was Timothy DWIGHT and his mother was Mary EDWARDS. His maternal grandparents were Jonathan EDWARDS and Sarah PIERPONT. He had eight brothers and four sisters, named Sereno Edwards, Erastus, Jonathan Edwards, Theodore, Maurice William, Cecil, Henry Edwin, Nathaniel, Sarah, Mary, Fidelia and Elizabeth. He died at the age of 64 on January 11th, 1817.2 General Notes
BIRTH: Clark has birth on May 14.
BIOGRAPHY: Pastor of church at Greenfield Hill, Greenwich, Connecticutand, from 1795 to 1817, professor of theology and President of Yale. He was a tutor at Yale, 1771-77, chaplain in the Revolution, 1777-78, and teacher in Northampton, 1778-83, before pastoring at Greenfield Hill, 1783-95. President of Yale 1795-1817.
