Mary Polly Crume

Mary was born in 1792 in Shenandoah Co., Virginia.¹ Mary's father was Ralph Crume and her mother was Mary Polly Riggs. Her paternal grandparents were Phillip Daniel Crume and Sarah Margaret Withers/Weathers. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Charles, Ralph, William, John, Rachel and Sarah. She was the second youngest of the seven children.
