William E. Crowley 
William E. was born about 1872 in Kentucky. William E.'s father was Prior S. Crowley and his mother was Sarah L. Reynolds. His paternal grandparents were Sebron (Cebron) Crowley and Parthula Ramsey. He had three sisters named Alzada, Martha J. and Lizzie V.. He was the second youngest of the four children.General Notes
