William G Costen 
William G was born in October 1847 in Tennessee, USA. William G's father was John Harvey Costen and his mother was Elizabeth Goldsby. His maternal grandparents were Stephen Goldsby and Deborah Akin. He was an only child. He died at the age of 67 in 1914.General Notes
