James Tilley Copeland 
James Tilley was born on May 6th, 1904 in Alamance Co, NC and his baptism took place in Census 1920. James Tilley's father was Charles Johnson Copeland and his mother was Mary Emma Tilley. His maternal grandparents were Hinton Vance Tilley and Susan Ann Virginia Leigh. He had a brother and a sister, named Eric Harold and Madeline. He was the second oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 92 on July 6th, 1996 in Durham, Durham Co, NC.General Notes
