Margaret Comyn 
Margaret was born about 1265 in Buchan, Aberdeenshire, Scotland.1 Margaret's father was 2nd Earl of Buchan Alexander Comyn and her mother was Elizabeth de Quincy. Her paternal grandparents were Earl of Buchan, Great Chancellor William Comyn and Countess of Buchan Margaret Marjorie Colhan; her maternal grandparents were Roger de Quincy and Helen MacDonald of Galloway. She had four brothers and five sisters, named Alexander, John, Roger, William, Elizabeth, Elena, Bridget, Margery and Catherine. She was the third youngest of the ten children.-
