Hallie Mortimer Chester 
Hallie Mortimer was born on December 11th, 1875 in Dover, Stewart Co, TN.1 Hallie Mortimer's father was John Alonzo Chester and his mother was Sarah Jane Roberts. His maternal grandparents were Ryland Roberts and Martha Jane Keel. He had three brothers and four sisters, named James Lee, Walter Allie, William, Dollie, Ida Mae, Lily Pearl and Mary Alma. He was the second oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 84 on May 23rd, 1960 in Athens, Henderson Co, TX. He was buried on May 25th, 1960 in Kings Cemetery, Aley Community, Henderson Co, TX.1 1 General Notes
