Arthur Champernon

Arthur was born in 1524 in Modbury, Kingsbridge, Devonshire, England. Arthur's father was Philip Champernon and his mother was Katherine Carew. His maternal grandparents were Edmund Carew and Katherine Huddlesfield. He had a brother and three sisters, named John, Jane, Frances and Katherine. He was the youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 54 on April 1st, 1578 in Dartington, Devonshire, England.
