John was born in 1619.1   John's father was Roger Carraway and his mother was <Unknown>.  His paternal grandparents were John Carraway and <Unknown>. He had a sister named Elizabeth.  He was the older of the two children.  He died at the age of 50 in 1669 in Lower Norfolk, Virginia.1
