Robert L. COOPER 
Robert L. was born on December 17th, 1851.1 Robert L.'s father was Nelson COOPER and his mother was Mary WALLINGFORD. His maternal grandparents were William Mark WALLINGFORD and Dorothy ASBURY. He had two brothers and four sisters, named James W., Isaac N., Anna Elizabeth, Mary F., Amanda and Alice. He was the fourth oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 80 on June 26th, 1932.1 -
