He is listed on the 1900 Indian Territory Census with his parents and sister Lillie and brother Charlie.
Riley and Lou are listed on the 1930 Garvin Co. OK Census living in Walker Township. It reads: Riley R. 48, born in TX; Lue I. Clement44, wife; Lee A. 22, son; Cecil 12, son; Ether 10, son; and Francies 4, daughter.
He is listed in the Pottawatomie Co. Marriage Book 6, page 76 where he applied for a license to marry Lula Hargis. The marriage on 29 Jan1903 was performed by Judge W. L. McFall and witnessed by J. E. Simpson and M. F. Norris.
Riley registered for the draft for WWI on September 12, 1918 at PaulsValley, Garvin Co. OK. He address was given as R. R., Wynnewood, Garvin Co. OK.
Riley and Lou lived most of their life in Wynnewood, Garvin Co. OK. In later years they lived together in the Morgan Nursing Home, Wynnewood.
Riley and Lou shared the same birthday and they were also married on their birthdays. Their children and grandchildren often had a party on their birthdays/wedding anniversary and three of their neices, Edith Clement Blythe, daughter of Robert Clement; Bessie Clement Cope, daughter of Charlie Clement; and Beatrice Moore Flowers, daughter of Lillie Clement; would go to Wynnewood to help them celebrate. Even after Edith and Beatrice died, Bessie continuedt he visits.
Riley was the last of William and Etheldra's children to die.
