Elizabeth CHANDLER

Elizabeth was born about 1859 in Kentucky.¹ Elizabeth's father was William W. CHANDLER and her mother was Elizabeth WALLINGFORD. Her maternal grandparents were William Mark WALLINGFORD and Frances THOMAS. She had a brother and a sister, named John and Belle. She was the second oldest of the three children.
