Sir John Byron 
John was born about 1433 in Clayton, South Manchester, Lancashire, England. John's father was Sir Nicholas Byron and his mother was Alice Boteler. His maternal grandparents were William le Boteler and Elizabeth Standish. He had a brother and four sisters, named Nicholas, Elen, Margaret, Elizabeth and Alice.
