Luther Jackson 'Jack' was born on August 8th, 1891 in White Co, TN and his baptism took place in Draft Registration. Luther Jackson 'Jack''s father was Henry Lee Butler and his mother was Nancy Jane Simmons. His maternal grandparents were William Simmons and Susannah E. Adair. He had three brothers and three sisters, named William Lewis, Joe Davis, Henry Lee, Hallie Margaret, Nettie and Susie. He was the third oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 60 on February 20th, 1952 in Josephine Co, OR.General Notes
