George Browning

George was born about 1674 in Maryland.¹ George's father was John Browning and his mother was Elizabeth Demarest. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Browning and Hester. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Thomas, William, Francis, Hester, Judith, Elizabeth, Mary and Ann. He was the third oldest of the nine children.
