Otis Phipher Breckenridge 
Otis Phipher was born on February 4th, 1893 in Eldorado, Union Co, AR. Otis Phipher's father was James Henry Breckenridge and his mother was Mary Eliza Roberts. His maternal grandparents were Simeon W. Roberts and Elizabeth Ann Parish. He had seven sisters named Stella Elizabeth, Leslie Starling, Della Mae, Belva Esther, Bessie Isabel, Myrtle Anna and Buna Mary. He was the oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 1 on March 13th, 1894 in Gainesville, Green Co, AR. He was buried in Gainesville Cemetery, Gainesville, Green Co, AR.General Notes
