Valuar Delaney was born on March 12th, 1888 in Hopkins Co, KY and her baptism took place in Census 1900. Valuar Delaney's father was Jesse Bowles and her mother was Caroline D. Rhew. Her maternal grandparents were William N. 'Billy' Rhew and Celestia Jane Clayton. She had five brothers and four sisters, named William T., George Samuel, Radford Monroe, Columbus, Virgil P., Minnie P., Ida J., Maggie and Debbie. She was the fourth youngest of the ten children. She died at the age of 71 on June 1st, 1959 in Hopkins Co, KY.General Notes
