David Boswell 
David was born about 1467 in Balmuto Castle, Fifeshire, Scotland. David's father was 2nd Laird of Balmuto David Boswell and his mother was Grizzell Wemyss. His maternal grandparents were John Wemyss and Margaret Livingston. He had a brother and a sister, named 3rd Laird of Balmuto Alexander and Euphemia. He was the second oldest of the three children.-
