Sir William Borthwick

William was born in 1355 in Borthwick Castle, Midlothian, Scotland.¹ William's father was Sir William de Borthwick and his mother was <Unknown>. His paternal grandparents were Thomas de Borthwick and <Unknown>. He had two sisters named Borthwick and Janet. He was the second oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 94 on March 7th, 1449.¹
