Little Bill 
Little was born on May 22nd, 1899 in Bledsoe Co, TN. Little's father was William Collins Sapp and his mother was Hettie Jane Simmons. His maternal grandparents were Rev. Simon Dillard Simmons and Mary Lucinda Lawson. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Robert Carrick, Edward Carmack, Henry Clay, Jefferson 'Jeff' Leftric, Simon Astor, Mary Lou, Cleopatra P., Lena Mildred and Mable Geneva. He was the third oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 74 in July 1973 in Pikeville, Bledsoe Co, TN. He was buried in Pikeville Cemetery, Bledsoe Co, TN.General Notes
