Pleasant Beard 
Pleasant was born in 1787.1 Pleasant's father was Edward Beard and his mother was Sarah Walker. His maternal grandparents were Robert Walker and Agatha. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Samuel, Robert, Charles, Elijar, Edward, John, Agatha, Eliza, Judith and Sarah. He was the fourth youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 67 in 1854 in Franklin Co., Virginia.2 -
