Sidney Gray Barbee 
Sidney Gray was born on November 15th, 1851 in Orange Co, NC and his baptism took place in Census 1900. Sidney Gray's father was John Barbee and his mother was Sally Roberts. His maternal grandparents were Willis B. Roberts and Wife Unknown. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Willis Hanes, John Wesley, William Frederick, Francis Marion E., Sarah Jane, Susan E., Nancy Haseltine and Malinda Winnie. He was the youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 66 on February 22nd, 1918 in Patterson, Durham Co, NC. He was buried on February 24th, 1918 in Gray Barbee Cemetery, Durham, Durham Co, NC.General Notes
