Arter Parker Baker 
Arter Parker was born on May 23rd, 1884 in Van Buren Co, TN. Arter Parker's father was Banjamin Levi Baker and his mother was Sarah Emaline Measles. His paternal grandparents were James M. Baker and Mamie Elizabeth Simmons. He had five brothers and three sisters, named James Drew, Richard E., Benjamin Levi, Joseph Harding, John Henry, Sarah Elizabeth, Emeline and Cynthia Jane. He was the youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 81 on November 7th, 1965 in Warren Co, TN. He was buried in Town Cemetery, Spencer, Van Buren Co, TN.General Notes
