Charles BURKS 
Charles was born on January 29th, 1834.1 Charles' father was James Alexander BURKS and his mother was Phoebe WALLINGFORD. His maternal grandparents were James Wallingford and Hannah Lupton. He had three brothers and a sister, named Silas, Benjamin, William J. and Sarah E.. He was the oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 78 on April 5th, 1912.1 -
