Wilson Grigsby was born on September 17th, 1828 in Clark Co, KY.. Wilson Grigsby's father was Elijah BROWNING and his mother was Harriet M. CLEVELAND. His paternal grandparents were Toliver (Toliver) and Mary BROWNING. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Riley Henry, Oliver M., William Toliver, Perry Elliot, Caroline, Harriet Ann and Sally A.. He was the third oldest of the eight children. He had two half-brothers and six half-sisters, named Henry W., James A., Lucinda L., Polly A., Elizabeth M., Margaret L., Mattie Breckenridge and Matilda Francis. He died at the age of 35 on August 6th, 1864. He was buried in Browning Familiy Cem., Pendleton Co., KY..General Notes
